This high-waisted Eighties skirt got cut and hemmed to a sassy 17". The remainder of the fabric was turned into a floral ruched headband.
The fitted and faced waistband has four front darts and elastic at the back. Zipper is at the back and it is fully lined.
100% wool, lining is polyester, dry clean only.
The waist measures 14" flat, the hip measures 20" flat. The tag says size 10.
