This one-of-a-kind, one-at-a-time gown was created by artfully stitching together dozens of antique doilies and vintage lace pieces. Some of the hand-tatted pieces are one hundred years old. It is lined with a supportive modern mesh in blush. The lining has a zipper closure, the gown closes with snaps and antique shell buttons. The lace exterior is more extended in the front, I designed it so the mesh train would bustle right underneath the back lace hem.
Model Aaliyah is 5' 7" and 130 lbs. Her measurements are 33-26-37. This gown fit the model loosely, and cups were added. Aaliyah is a size two, I believe this dress would best fit a four, but it could easily be altered to fit up to a six.
