The Liza top is cut off the shoulder with a short sleeve and under the bust ruffle. It pulls over the head.
The fabric is deadstock designer, it's sheer organdy plaid. I cut it on the bias.
I only made three.
Please wash by hand and hang to dry, do not use an iron.
